About the Role

As Senior Programme Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the Early Childhood (ECE) Programme. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations, manage customer queries, and contribute to the successful development and implementation of targeted projects within the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the ECE Programme
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and manage customer queries
  • Support the ECE Programme Manager with the development and enhancement of additional projects and programmes
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of processes for the ECE Programme
  • Execute the daily delivery of the ECE Programme
  • Provide high level of customer service for ECE customers and internal partners
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate the onboarding process for new partner ECEs
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on programme status, performance metrics, and issues
