Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the ECE Programme
- Ensure smooth daily operations and manage customer queries
- Support the ECE Programme Manager with the development and enhancement of additional projects and programmes
- Assist in the creation and documentation of processes for the ECE Programme
- Execute the daily delivery of the ECE Programme
- Provide high level of customer service for ECE customers and internal partners
- Facilitate and co-ordinate the onboarding process for new partner ECEs
- Prepare and present monthly reports on programme status, performance metrics, and issues
