**Job Description**

As a Programme Lead, you will play a key role in setting up and operating our sKids programme at designated schools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the daily operation of the programme and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Fostering strong relationships with school communities and parents
  • Managing staff and team members to achieve exceptional outcomes

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective programme plans to meet the needs of our participants
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and improve service quality

**Requirements:**

  • Strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and inspiring them to develop their confidence
  • Previous experience in childcare or education, preferably in programme management or coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
