Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted projects within the ECE Programme, working closely with various teams.
- Ensure the successful delivery of the ECE Programme, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partner ECE centres and Kōhanga Reo, documenting customer interactions.
- Prepare monthly reports on programme status, performance metrics, and issues.
