As a Programme Coordinator at Kelly Club, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You'll work alongside our experienced team to deliver engaging programmes within schools, building strong relationships with kids, parents, caregivers, and school personnel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Lead your team to deliver high-quality programme outcomes
  • Develop and implement administration systems to manage programme logistics

About the Role

This is a permanent weekday role for up to 20 hours per week during Term Time, with scope for more during the Holiday Programme. As a Programme Coordinator, you'll enjoy flexibility and balance throughout your day, with out-of-school care hours from Monday to Friday: Before-School Care (7:00am - 8:30am), After-School Care (2:30pm - 6:00pm), and Holiday Programme (rostered shifts).
