About the RoleIn this full-time permanent position, you will report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain the reception area with a focus on excellent customer service
- Process daily timesheets with precision and speed
- Manage payroll using ACE pays software, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy
- Provide support to the team as required, utilizing your organizational skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years experience in accounts payable and payroll administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MYOB software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
