**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at Supported Lifestyles. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Managing Director and External Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, manage debtors and creditors, and oversee payroll functions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely filing and payment of GST and PAYE returns, conducting bank reconciliations, and processing payments. You will also assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

In addition, you will prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, support audits, and contribute to annual accounts preparation. You will ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audits while working collaboratively with different departments to maintain financial efficiency.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. If you have a proven track record in finance administration, proficiency in Xero accounting software, and strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
