Position Summary

As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day finance tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth in the showroom.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer debtors and creditors, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through the product selection process and closing sales transactions.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment.

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in accounts administration, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
