Accounts Administrator (Payable & Receivable)Join a collaborative team responsible for managing the full accounts payable and receivable processes while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
This role supports Higgins Family Holdings (HFHL) and its associated businesses across dairy farming, concrete, and aggregate production.BENEFITS:Attractive salary aligned with your experience40 hours p/w with flexible hours between 7am and 5pm, Monday to FridayEligible for subsidised health insurance after 1 year of employmentNewly built, bespoke office space with free parkingRESPONSIBILITIES:Process and manage AP/AR, including invoices and reconciliationsResolve supplier and customer queries promptlySupport purchase orders, sales dockets, and paymentsMonitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding paymentsAssist with office admin, including calls, mail, supplies, and meeting coordinationSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Proven experience in high-volume accounts payable and/or receivableStrong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy, proficient in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelHighly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approachABOUT HFHLHFHL is a prominent and well-respected Manawatu business that employs over 200 people throughout New Zealand.
