Salary and Benefits

Job Description
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. You'll be part of the 3-year Graduate Programme featuring mentoring and career development. As a graduate engineer, you'll be rotated through multiple areas of our business, providing you with an introduction to the overall operations and maintenance activities for the water supply, wastewater, and stormwater networks.

You'll engage across a broad spectrum of activities, including administration of maintenance activities, contracts, budgeting, investigations, auditing, and managing minor capital works projects. Over time, you'll gain experience and confidence through our adaptive leadership program and become a valued part of the company, administering Wellington Water's network within the Wellington area.
