- Guide procurement excellence and commercial frameworks for capital projects over $50M.
- Permanent role based in Petone, Wellington with flexible working arrangements.

The remuneration range for this role is $115,000 to $163,000 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.

**The opportunity**
- Lead cost analysis, contract negotiations and dispute resolution for major infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for capital projects, including innovative delivery models.
- Establish and maintain commercial frameworks to drive improved cost visibility and value.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to project teams and coordinate legal support.
- Monitor market conditions and maintain price benchmarking to inform estimating processes.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- MCIPS qualification or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure commercial management on complex projects over $50M.
- Ability to partner effectively with Senior Leaders and have meaningful impact on programme outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of NZ contract mechanisms including NZS, NEC and FIDIC frameworks.
- Strong financial analysis skills and commercial acumen. Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships.
