Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will work closely with our Head Office HR team and plant management to provide expert advice and support in areas such as recruitment, induction, training, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or a related discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across the business and within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Manage the recruitment process, including onboarding new employees
  • Support performance management and disciplinary procedures
  • Oversee contractor induction and compliance
  • Collaborate with other administration departments as required
  • Communicate effectively with Head Office HR to ensure people management on-site aligns with the company strategy
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Previous experience in recruiting, incident investigation, report writing, and implementing best practice HR procedures would be advantageous.
