The Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our community nursing team as a receptionist. This role involves providing front-of-house reception duties, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in administration, preferably with experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
