Medical Services Manager

The Role: As a Clinic Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination of clinical and non-clinical resources. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and process improvement, making a tangible impact on our services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including resource allocation and task management
- Ensure operational needs are met, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Collaborate with the central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to drive process improvements and innovation
Requirements:
- Experience working in primary or secondary care services, preferably in general practice
- Strong service management and team coordination skills
- Facilitation and negotiation/persuasion skills
- Working knowledge of Practice Management Systems (a plus)
