Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service calls and manage schedules for technicians.

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email, and SMS.

  • Run day-to-day operations and general administration work.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration & office support.

  • Excellent English, written & spoken, and experience in customer service.

  • A fast learner, highly organized & self-motivated.

  • Reliable & punctual and a great team player.
