About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Equipment Service Coordinator to join our team in New Zealand. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our Field Service Engineers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and administering service contracts, managing spare parts inventory, and providing administrative support to the service team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Contract Administration: Prepare and issue service quotations, manage service orders, and administer service contracts.
  2. Spare Parts Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, purchase parts as needed, and coordinate delivery with service engineers.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the service team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  1. Relevant working experience in a similar role.
  2. Prior experience in medical device repair or hospital equipment management is an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle systems, with ability to learn proprietary software applications.
  4. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
