We are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead the development of a significant and complex water supply asset. As a Programme Director, you will be responsible for establishing a high-performance team of professionals committed to achieving a sustainable balance between drinking water supply and demand in the Wellington metropolitan area.

The successful candidate will have previously led large-scale long-term civil projects from budget and business case proposal to construction, with experience in stakeholder engagement, lobbying, and building detailed business cases for governance committees and councils.

You will work collaboratively with Iwi to apply te ao Māori and holistic approaches to large-scale programmes, develop and implement frameworks and programme models, establish and direct work programmes with multiple civil workstreams, and manage commercial procurement and civil relationships.

Leadership experience is essential, including developing team structure, culture, and scope/size positional requirements. A relevant Civil/Engineering Degree and qualifications within Project Management disciplines are also required.

The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
