We are a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering professional engineering services in geotechnical, contaminated land, civil, water infrastructure and natural hazard engineering. Our team of 15 engineers provides a one-stop-shop for clients.

Opportunity Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Principal Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer looking to take on a leadership role. You will lead our Northland team and be actively involved in the leadership of our business.

You will contribute to technically challenging civil projects nationwide and internationally, including large-scale land development, landfill design, flood hazard modelling, roading infrastructure and government buildings.

About the Role
  • Current chartered civil engineering status or close to achieving.
  • 10 years or more of post-graduate experience as a civil engineer.
  • Relevant engineering degree.
  • An understanding of New Zealand engineering standards and regulation.
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience managing client expectations and project requirements.
  • A strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and best practice.
