Job Responsibilities

  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, retail service, or facility management, with experience in operations and/or sales/marketing.

  4. Leadership in strategic tender identification, bidding, and internal approval procedures is also crucial for this position.
  5. You will be responsible for proactively seeking and identifying new business opportunities to maximize growth, while supporting national/regional group bid opportunities collaboratively to retain existing contracts.
  6. Developing sound commercial deals representing the best value to clients is also an essential aspect of this role.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Support Services, including soft FM, cleaning, concierge, security, asset management, and front-of-house meeting room booking organization and management.
  • Marketing expertise with an understanding of strategic thinking within roadmap execution.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship building and commercially savvy.
  • A BCom or MBA qualification is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Senior leadership position or director business-level experience is highly desirable.
