About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a New Business Opportunities Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and generating revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive revenue growth;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and market research;
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to senior management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of sales success, and a deep understanding of the marketing and sales landscape. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, think strategically, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the marketing and communications industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects;
  • Proven track record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
