Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
  • Optimise lead generation channels, including paid ads, content marketing, SEO, GEO, organic social, ai platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract qualified leads.
  • Manage and improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers.
  • Track and report on marketing-sourced pipeline and closed deals.
  • Oversee content creation (blog posts, case studies, landing pages, video etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop compelling messaging that speaks directly to target audiences.
  • Personal brand of CEO
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Own marketing analytics, tracking key metrics like cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Work closely with sales to refine lead qualification criteria.
  • Manage external vendors and freelancers as needed.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and industry best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Your success in this role will be measured by:
  • Revenue from Marketing-Sourced Deals: The dollar value of closed-won deals directly attributed to marketing efforts each month.
  • Marketing-Sourced Pipeline Growth: The total dollar value of sales pipeline generated from marketing lead sources monthly.
  • Qualified Leads Generated: The number of qualified leads driven by marketing each month.
Who You Are
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B or agency marketing, with a big plus being agency experience
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and pipeline through marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimise performance.
  • Hands-on experience creating workflows, automations and reports with tools like Accelo, Active Campaign, Hubspot, Sales Force
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Hands-on skills in strategy and implementation across GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, Wordpress / website CMS', Email Marketing Platforms, Figma / Adobe Suite, video editing
