Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, including operations, demand generation, and email marketing. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing technical stack including the CRM, list building and lead management.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to attract and nurture leads through various channels.
  • Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and customers, driving conversions and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various formats, including emails, blogs, white papers, and case studies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on operations, demand generation, and email marketing.
  • Track Record: Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
