About the Role:

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) located in Dunedin. The appointee will have a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of University projects, working closely with diverse project teams and stakeholders across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities and track progress for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide oversight of budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage project management tools and software, updating and maintaining project information throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and team.

What You Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in project coordination and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
