About the Job:
We're seeking an experienced Transformation Delivery Manager to join our team and drive change across our Transformation Programme. In this role, you will support project delivery and initiatives, ensure smooth project operations, and collaborate closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring communication and alignment across all areas of change. This is a fantastic opportunity to work amongst a high performing team as well as further your project management career.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Project plan for our Transformation Programme, including the project scope, timelines, reporting, and communication
• Ensure alignment with MTF strategy and track progress against key milestones, outcomes, and quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders to drive Programme success, including preparing governance packs and steering committee updates
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across the Programme scope, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify the impact of changes on various groups within MTF and develop tailored strategies to address specific needs

What We Look For:
• A seasoned project management professional with experience in driving change within organisations
• Relevant degree or qualification or has >10 years in Financial Services
• Comprehensive understanding of transformation delivery methodologies and processes within operations or technology project management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, organise and maintain momentum with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
