About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

The role involves front-of-house, digital, and phone communications, and is part of the wider Customer Services team across the district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Managing cash handling and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinating requests for service and regulatory information
  • Supporting elections and governance activities
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

About You

This role requires someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
