**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Coordinator to join our team at the Yü Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities department and will work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.

The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management or a related field and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational requirements, including coordination with external vendors and maintenance tasks
  • Prepare, organise, and store information in paper and digital form
  • Liaise with staff in other departments, including finance and HR
  • Provide internal monthly reporting on facilities
