What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Experience in training and competency development (if you've been the go-to training guru, you'll fit right in).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and record-keeping practices.
  • A creative mindset – making training engaging is your specialty.
  • The ability to work closely with managers to understand their needs and deliver relevant solutions.
