Citycare Property is seeking a dynamic Training & Competency Lead to revitalize our training programs. This full-time role can be based in either Christchurch or Auckland, allowing for a diverse range of experiences and connections.

This opportunity involves creating, maintaining, and rolling out an improved training framework that equips our team with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel. As the go-to person for all things training and competency, you will work closely with operational managers to ensure they are delivering top-notch training while keeping everything compliant.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and maintaining effective competency frameworks that are easy to follow.
  • Collaborating with managers to create engaging training resources that cater to the needs of our team.
  • Ensuring all training records are up-to-date, organized, and ready for audits.
  • Continuously reviewing and refining training methods, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
