At Citycare Property, we're on the hunt for a skilled professional to join our team as a Training & Competency Lead.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that can be based in either Christchurch or Auckland. As a Training & Competency Lead, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, building, and rolling out an improved training framework that ensures our team is equipped, compliant, and ready to tackle any challenge.

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training resources, working closely with operational managers to ensure they're delivering top-notch training, and keeping all training records up-to-date and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a competency framework that's both effective and easy to follow.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that are interesting, relevant, and tailored to our team's needs.
  • Ensure all training records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with managers to understand their needs and deliver relevant solutions.

We're looking for someone with experience in training and competency development, strong knowledge of compliance, and a creative mindset to make training engaging.
