Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Leader to join our team in New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales team to deliver set goals and maximise inbound and outbound business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Operational Head of New Zealand and Revenue teams to ensure goals and outcomes are aligned
  • Maintain awareness of trends, practices, and new developments affecting the profitability of the hotel

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in hotel management or related field desirable
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in senior hotel sales capacity
  • Prior experience in development and execution of sales strategies at group level and individual hotel level
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and grow sales team
