Professional Administrator Role

Job Description:
We're looking for a talented individual to fill the Professional Administrator Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance team, including tasks such as processing recharge transactions, maintaining journals, and raising purchase orders.
Key Duties:
- Process recharge transactions for the Support office
- Maintain monthly journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and annual forecasting and budgeting
- Process Capex request approvals
- Raise purchase orders in our ERP systems
- Perform Accounts Payable two-way matching
- Handle monthly, quarterly & annual Customer rebates
- Develop effective relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure procedures and processes are followed and deadlines are met
Essential Skills:
- Previous finance experience in a similar role and experience in financial software systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word & Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive and supportive team
