Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join our team at The Doctors. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting patients and checking them in
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and booking appointments
  • Invoicing and collecting fees from patients
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MedTech Evolution is an advantage, but not necessary, as training will be provided. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are motivated to succeed in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
