We are currently looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Oaks Wellington Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing breakfast meals and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare ingredients for cooking
  2. Cook delicious breakfast meals
  3. Maintain kitchen inventory and ordering
  4. Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Solid knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude and passion for cooking
  • Availability to work morning shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
