The Role
This strategic sales executive will proactively retain, manage, service, and grow an assigned customer portfolio by best-practice account management, building strong relationships, and owning overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will ensure all customer contract renewals are secured at the best possible terms and conditions, provide customers with trust-building solutions, and develop short- and long-term account strategies for growth while mitigating risks.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include managing and growing pipeline opportunities while maintaining quality, executing customer projects, cultivating effective business relationships with C-level decision-makers in strategic accounts, and overseeing the efficient project management of customer onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a willingness to travel and engage with clients, a track record of high performance in B2B strategic sales and account management, and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Additional requirements include experience in activity-based sales processes, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
