About the Role
The Senior Recruitment Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional recruitment services to clients and candidates. This role offers the opportunity to take control of your career, work independently, and build a successful business within a business.
As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying and assessing client needs, and implementing solutions to meet those needs. You will also manage and execute recruitment projects from start to finish, provide training and support to candidates, and track and report project progress in the CRM.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to earn a higher income through commission-only sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify and assess client needs
- Implement solutions to meet client needs
- Manage and execute recruitment projects from start to finish
- Provide training and support to candidates
- Track and report project progress in the CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2+ years of experience with full life cycle agency recruitment from client business development to job candidate recruitment
- Strong desire to provide a better recruitment experience for clients and candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM's, and LinkedIn Recruiter
