About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Services Account Executive to join our team in Wellington. As a key member of our CSS - Customer Success Services team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our clients, driving business growth through new client development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and expand existing client relationships
  • Originate and manage opportunities, bids, and deal closures through the formal sales cycle
  • Sell the complete Services portfolio aligned to customer needs
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, representing the SAP Services organization
  • Contribute to the overall long-term success of customer and partner relationships
Requirements
  • 7+ years of account management experience managing large complex customers and programs
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts, leading account teams, and developing account plans
  • Strong experience in constructing and implementing business transformation, innovation, and consumption/application roadmaps
  • Deep industry/domain expertise and proven ability to develop well-structured plans
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating with C-level stakeholders
