About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a healthcare support professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, supporting services to meet Ministry of Health targets, and liaising with staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule outpatient clinic appointments
  • Supporting services to meet Ministry of Health targets
  • Liaising with staff and patients
About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude, proven experience in an administration role, and computer skills.

You will also need to possess excellent time management and organizational skills, strong administration and computer skills, and previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.
