About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate leader who has successfully completed an AMI Montessori Diploma (3–6) and has prior experience overseeing/teaching in a Montessori environment. You must also possess current New Zealand teacher registration. Additionally, experience with conducting appraisals, self-reviews, mentoring, and coaching new and experienced teachers is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of the early childhood sector, including four classrooms, outdoor environment, playgroup, and before/after school care.
- Membership in our innovative and friendly senior leadership team in a highly collaborative working environment.
- Representation as the Board/council staff representative, attending meetings as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An appreciation for the potential inherent in the first plane of development.
- The ability to work well with parents.
- The capacity to juggle several tasks at once.
