About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Administrator to join our dynamic team at Kings Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Client Solutions Team, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Manage queries from both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Support post-sale activities to address client needs.
- Help coordinate sales events and initiatives to foster strong customer relationships.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a background in administrative support. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
