About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Administrator to join our dynamic team at Kings Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Client Solutions Team, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  2. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  3. Manage queries from both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service.
  4. Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Support post-sale activities to address client needs.
  6. Help coordinate sales events and initiatives to foster strong customer relationships.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a background in administrative support. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
