Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Solutions Administrator to provide support for our busy Client Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative support work, including data entry, managing queries, event planning, and building relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Client Solutions Team, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Manage queries from both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Support post-sale activities to address client needs.
- Help coordinate sales events and initiatives to foster strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and enhance client solutions.
You have a background in administrative support and are excited to contribute to a team. You are confident with systems and skilled in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. You are self-motivated, with oodles of initiative and common sense. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role.
