Job Description

Naira Ventures Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in overseeing company operations, communicating with staff, and maintaining the Director's appointment diaries.
  • Prepare company documents and reports, attend meetings, take notes, and ensure all company documents are well-organized and stored.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, fill correspondence, and maintain records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business-oriented focus, with a desire to grow in the management field.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
