About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administration Support professional to provide assistance to our growing field-based team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, updating client details, performing credit checks, and working with various Excel spreadsheets.

In addition, the role will involve route planning, booking flights and accommodation, loading direct debits, and supporting the team in the field with information and recording notes against clients in the system.

This is a busy administrative support role that requires a process-driven and detail-focused individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You
  • You enjoy administration work and have experience in an admin role.
  • You have speedy, accurate administration/processing skills.
  • You are confident using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • You are able to work well under pressure and are results-oriented.
  • You are a proactive and hardworking individual who is keen to grow within the company.
