Community Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Support Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to provide support and care to residents in a shared living environment.
As a Community Support Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with local community members and organizations to promote our cause
- Developing and implementing funding applications to secure resources for our programs
- Attending monthly committee meetings to contribute to decision-making and strategy development
You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in funding applications and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
