Community Engagement Coordinator

Join us in our mission to Positively Connect Communities. We don't have all the answers to homelessness, but what we can provide is free clean laundry, a warm shower and genuine conversation to those doing it tough.
As an Orange Sky (OS) Community Engagement Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the local volunteer team to create and support engaging and informative communications for volunteers, coordinate speaking requests and event attendance, plan fun volunteer events and be the OS local media guru to help raise the brand profile of Orange Sky
A week in the life of a Community Engagement Coordinator may look like:
- Producing a quarterly newsletter
- Coordinating volunteer events
- Coordinating and in some cases representing OS at events and speaking engagements with other volunteers
If you are organized, great with people, can communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and have a genuine passion for helping others you will be a great fit
Requirements:
Be over the age of 18.
Time commitment:
Comprehensive training and induction will be provided.
