About the Role:

As a Community Outreach Coordinator with the IHC Group, you will play a vital role in connecting with rural farmers to secure donations and pledges that support people with intellectual disabilities. This part-time role is flexible, tailored to your availability, and spans a few weeks over a couple of months.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local farmers, understanding their needs, and presenting opportunities to support the Calf & Rural Scheme. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will be essential in building trust and rapport with our partners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve goals. You will also be part of a supportive team, working together to drive results and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.
