Job Description

As a Day Service Support Worker, you will be responsible for the care and support of clients attending our local Day Service. This includes preparing and delivering activities, helping clients participate in a meaningful way, and associated administration tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Health and Wellbeing certification at Level 3 or higher
  • Experience in meeting the needs of older adults, including those with dementia or disabilities
  • A Full New Zealand Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English
  • A caring manner and positive attitude
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing circumstances
