  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Court Taking – Facilitate the efficient operation of the court, including introducing judges and managing jurors.
  • Customer Service – Provide exceptional service to customers through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.
  • Case Management – Ensure accurate and up-to-date files, involving data entry and attention to detail.
