Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our practice management team. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate patient interactions, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors.
  2. Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  3. Streamline appointment scheduling and confirmation processes, optimizing time and resource utilization.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to established medical protocols.
  5. Manage medical billing and assist with debt collection, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  6. Support administrative and accounting tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably in a reception or administrative role.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 office software and Medtech or a similar practice management system, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing workload and deadlines with ease.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering outstanding patient satisfaction.
