Job Description
  • Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the start.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, making sure to optimize time and resources effectively.
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to strict medical standards.
  • Handle medical billing and assist with debt management, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Provide administrative and accounting support as required, contributing to the smooth running of the practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a receptionist or similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 office software and Medtech or a similar practice management system is necessary for efficient day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic setting, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient satisfaction.
