Office Administration Specialist - New Plymouth

We are seeking an Office Administration Specialist to join our team in New Plymouth.

In this role, you will provide efficient and proactive administrative services to ensure our offices run smoothly. You will work closely with our customer-facing roles to ensure our people and customers are supported and set up for success.

You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, dealing with customer communications and queries, as well as providing internal administrative support and coordination across our local office.

To be successful in this role, you will have high-level computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft operating suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. You will also be proactive, flexible, and well-organized, structuring work in a logical manner.

Additionally, you will have cultural awareness to support an aligned approach to our customers' aspirations and preferences, particularly in working with Māori and Pasifika.

  • Provide administrative support to our customer-facing roles
  • Deal with customer communications and queries
  • Provide internal administrative support and coordination
  • Work closely with our team to ensure our people and customers are supported
