Key Responsibilities
- Court Taking: Assist in the smooth operation of the court by introducing judges, managing jurors, and performing general administration tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to individuals accessing the court's services, responding to queries via face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.
- Case Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date case files, involving data entry and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, quality decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
